Tony Cawson went the extra mile to search for the exact type of van my wife wanted. He let her check it out & let me test drive it. I was looking to purchase a used charger for my 35th birthday. I found the one I was looking for on autotrader.com. I headed to Garden City for a test drive, I had been exchanging e-mails with Tony Ca birthday. I found the one I was looking for on autotrader.com. I headed to Garden City for a test drive, I had been exchanging e-mails with Tony Cawson. Once I arrived to the dealership he was busy with another customer so Juan Robledo took me for a couple test drives. He was very friendly and helpful, but because I had e-mailed Tony I ended up working with him. I was on a time crunch and Tony made sure to get me out as close as possible, however I was displeased that I was sent on my way with less than a half a tank of gas. He contacted me by e-mail asking that I fill out a survey, I responded informing him of my displeasure but nothing to date has been done nor did I receive a response. My overall experience was okay but I don't feel that I was taken seriously as a female customer. I asked several questions such as: what does the warranty cover and how long has the car been sitting on the lot, those questions were never answered or met with snide remarks I think that I would have enjoyed my experience more if I had just continued to deal with Juan.
