I came into Crestwood Dodge unsure if I wanted to purchase a new or used vehicle or lease a vehicle. After Tony Cawson presented me with and carefully explained all my options I decided purchasing a purchase a new or used vehicle or lease a vehicle. Tony then proceeded to show me the vehicles I had expressed interest in and even suggested I take a look at another that I hadn't considered. After much time was spent test driving and looking at each vehicle over and over I actually chose the 2011 Dodge Nitro which was the vehicle Tony had suggested I take a look at. During the process of looking over features, warrenties and price, James then stepped in and explained my options for financing. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful in suggesting many different options. I felt as though throughtout the couple hours I spent there, Tony as well as James truely listened to my needs and concerns and did everything possible to make the entire process easy and enjoyable. I picked my vehicle up the following day. I was at work a little later than expected, when i called to ask if I should reschedule Tony said not to worry whenever I could make it would be fine. When I did get there, it was a very smooth process from start to finish. Nick was very informative and helpful in his explaination with all the paperwork. Tony also had the tinting on the windows removed for me, knowing the day previous while test driving I did not care for this feature. I love the Nitro even more than I expected and am looking very forward to recommending Tony Cawson and Crestwood Dodge to my family and friends. More
