I recently shopped at Dick Scott Dodge which is right around the corner from my home, and I was not treated well. He was also a little underhanded - got me to come back to the dealership with an implied compromise on price only to find that they had lowered my monthly payment quote primarily by extending the term of the purchase. Frustrated, I followed a friend's advice to check out Crestwood. It is not very close to home, so I first called the sales department and I was treated like a valued customer. I received a much better quote than at Dick Scott on a comparable vehicle. I was able to get info over the phone/e-mail which allowed me to come down to the dealership only once in the purchase process. In the end, I have a better lease payment, received better treatment and had 40+ vehicles to choose from on the lot, so I got exactly the color/options that I wanted. I love my new van! More
