Great experience We were in the market for a small SUV. We went to several dealers in the area including all of the Big 3 brands. Suburban Chrysler in GardenCity was helpful the moment we walked in the door. This was not the experiance at every dealership we visited. Great leasing experience I was leary of leasing a non Ford or GM vehicle considering I have driven those all my life. But I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service, the willingness to work with you on pricing and the great vehicles they have! Randy made me feel like I was the only one in the dealership and didn't even consider saying hello to another client while I was there. I appreciate that because it is a very lengthy process and he made me feel like my time was very valuable. That is very important to me and will bring me back again. More

Randy Doran I've been in and out of dealerships for the better part of 10 years and finally found an honest sales person. I met with Randy at 10am on a Thursday, I've been in and out of dealerships for the better part of 10 years and finally found an honest sales person. I met with Randy at 10am on a Thursday, we went over my goals, my preferred payment, my preferred vehicle, and my preferred terms. By 3 pm that day I was transferring my belongings into my new 300S. I walked out with the car I targeted, the price I wanted, and a term shorter than I thought possible. I accomplished all this without ever feeling like I wasn't getting what I wanted. Randy was more worried about what I was looking to accomplish than the MSRP profit margin. I received a more than fair offer for my trade-in and never had to haggle that transaction either. I have family members that work for competitors but will continue to work with Randy due to his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to forge a relationship rather than earn a commission. If you are in the market for a Chrysler product or sister product, do yourself a favor and go see Randy, no bs, no huge down payments, and best of all no regrets. More
