Very professional and friendly Right from the start Joe made me feel like a V.I.P. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and he answered every question I had abou Right from the start Joe made me feel like a V.I.P. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and he answered every question I had about the options on the vehicle that I was unfamiliar with, and even ran a demo on some of them. He also pointed out some options in the vehicle that I was unaware of, and what they did and how they worked. After returning to the dealership, he let me take the vehicle home to show my wife After a short ride she was very pleased with my choice. I returned to the dealership and was told what the trade-in value was on my vehicle. It was higher than what I had expected. So a deal was made and Joe did all the paperwork, showing me each form he filled out, and explained everything that he had filled in. Special requests that I made and he agreed to were promptly carried through on. In the meantime, the vehicle I just purchased was being thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, and it looked and smelled great when I got in after the deal was complete. Even the personal items from my previous vehicle had been move to the new vehicle. Joe knows how to keep a customer smiling! Everyone of the staff I met was very friendly and helpful, especially Nick Engles, the Business Manager. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Give them a try! More

I dealt with Rich Putty, who showed unbelievable patience with me as I began my new car search with a dealer in Ann Arbor and then worked my way to Pl I dealt with Rich Putty, who showed unbelievable patience with me as I began my new car search with a dealer in Ann Arbor and then worked my way to Plymouth and finally to Suburban GC. He was understanding, as I was trying to find the best price for the vehicle that I was interested in. Ultimately, Rich got me into the price range I wanted and into a vehicle that was a step up from what I started out originally pricing. Rich was great, as was his Finance Manager.
