Not only did Mike follow up and come through again, he took it a step further and delivered the car to my family's home!! Dread buying a new or used car?? Not today! Jeff Pendo and John Long made our new car purchase easy. The wife and I stopped in to Suburban DCJR of Garden City, to casually look at a used minivan. Not finding anything that suited us, Jeff quickly showed us a new 2015 Chrysler Town & Country painted white(the wife's favorite) in our target price range. The test drive went smoothly, with Jeff going over all the vehicles features and functions. Once back at the dealership, act 2 started with John Long heading up the finance dept. Not only did John get us approved for our purchase, but were qualified for a very reasonable rate even with our less than perfect credit score. WOW!! After John discussed our finance options in detail, we were signing the papers. The van was delivered to the front of the building and absouloulty spotless. From start to finish, in what seemed like only 90 minutes, our new car transaction was flawless. John Long and Jeff Pendo are the true rockstars of the auto sales WORLD! More

Tony Cason best used car salesman I know Tony Cason took his time and spent all day working on my deal.
