Great sales staff, sleazy finance dept Sales staff was great, but the finance guys want you to buy all these extra things that they don't even know details of let alone how to cancel later Sales staff was great, but the finance guys want you to buy all these extra things that they don't even know details of let alone how to cancel later on. They dodge calls and walk-ins if you're not buying something. I mean, come on, what dealership doesn't have a finance guy on the clock mid afternoon 2 days of the same week? If you buy the extra coverages then try to cancel, each company tells you to go back to the dealer then the dealer jacks you around. What if I moved out of state, what then? Not to mention they refused to do a dealer trade and made it look like its because i was getting a great deal on what they had on the lot! More

Tony Respess was AWESOME!!!!!! We had been to another Chrysler dealership, Dick Scott, and the salesman was so high pressure, and didn't really listen to what we wanted, just what h We had been to another Chrysler dealership, Dick Scott, and the salesman was so high pressure, and didn't really listen to what we wanted, just what he wanted to sell. He gave us false information which we disproved when we got home, and frankly was rude. We decided to try Suburban, and I am so glad we did. Tony asked what we needed, what we wanted and worked so hard to get it for us. He did everything we asked and more, and answered all of our questions honestly. He was friendly, informative, and seemed to really care that we were happy. I would recommend him to everyone. More

Even as Suburban- they are still doing a great job. Recently purchased new Jeep Wrangler- family loves it. Called Tony Cawson, told him what I wanted, they didn't have the vehicle on the lot. The next morning I received a phone call letting me know the Jeep is on its way to Suburban and I can pick up the next day. Called Tuesday- Delivered Thursday. Thanks a ton Tony!!!! More
