Horrible customer service by Mike Moukalled Mike Moukalled was extremely unprofessional and rude in person and over the phone. When it was time to return our vehicle after the 2 year lease was Mike Moukalled was extremely unprofessional and rude in person and over the phone. When it was time to return our vehicle after the 2 year lease was over, we were charged a fee of 400 dollars that Mike told us we would not be charged for. I do not recommend this dealership and I certainly do not recommend Mike Moukalled. More
