We worked through the trade in and financing in snap, and overall a very smooth experience. I'd definitely work with Randy again to buy a car! Everyone I encountered was great, and the purchasing was a breeze. The ONLY issue I have with ANY car dealer is how the upsell for "other" warranty options happens at the end. We walked it and met with Mike Nutting. He was the best! He is very down to earth and very friendly. We met him a couple of days ago and feel like we have known him for years. He went the extra mile for us. In a little over a couple of hours he had the step bars, bed liner, and the bed cover put on for us so we could take it home with all of that on it the same day we bought it. It is so nice not to have to make arrangements to go back and have those things done. Way to go Mike! Thank you for everything again! More
