I know what I you're thinking, another salesman tryouts my to swoop down on an innocent victim, but this was not even close. He simply said hello and welcome to Suburban. He told us if we needed anything to just let him know. Little did he know that my wife is what I like to refer to as the ultimate customer. She is very picky and demands answers. Randy took plenty of time with her, over a month. She drove 7 different models, some of them three or four time's and Randy was patient with her through the whole process. We made several trips to the dealership on a whim and dealt with 3 or 4 different sales people who all took the time to answer all our questions. I will need a new truck in a couple years and will definitely go back here to get it. More
