Disingenuous Customer Service "Terrible Experience" Domenic Tucci and Denice Mallie knew that I was in a Bankruptcy and on my way to exit the Chap 7. They told me they could get "Terrible Experience" Domenic Tucci and Denice Mallie knew that I was in a Bankruptcy and on my way to exit the Chap 7. They told me they could get me financing and into a vehicle. I recorded a entire conversation where Domenic made several inaccurate comments to me. He first stated that the application i submitted was a soft inquiry and that it was not submitted to a bank. Denice, the financier, weeks before told me that she found a few banks that would work with me. Then Domenic tells me in our current conversation that the inquiry was soft and would not affect my credit score. I checked my Karma account, and sure enough the inquiry was on there and it dropped my score, one point, and it is listed as a hard inquiry. Now personally Domenic seems like a really nice person. But I guess he just did not like me. I say that because he showed no interest in helping me after we met face to face. It was very upsetting for me to be lead down a path of false promises and misplaced ideas about successful purchasing of a vehicle. I am not a confrontational person, I just like to be treated with respect. I do not feel that my encounter with Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Garden City, gave me much respect as a potential customer. To tell me over the phone that things look good, and a deal can be made just to get me to waste my time walking through their doors. Only to be met with half measures and lackluster motivation from the staff. I did not have a great experience with Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Garden City. More
