Took the car in for new tires and was told I need an alignment really badly. Nothing serious. Only $80 but an unwelcome surprise none the less. So I called Tony right up to ask him about it and after very little discussion and no arguing, he offered me a solution! Very happy with my experience, he really went out of his way to make me happy with the buying experience, was very knowledgable, and I was pleasantly surprised with his reaction to my call a month later!
