New vehicle purchase We were in the market to replace my wife’s car. We had looked at & driven a few non Chrysler products. I stopped by Suburban Chrysler to look at a Jee We were in the market to replace my wife’s car. We had looked at & driven a few non Chrysler products. I stopped by Suburban Chrysler to look at a Jeep Compass. I met with Dan Hamblin who showed & explained the different Compass platforms. I explained that i was torn between a lease or purchase & while i test drove a Compass Latitude Dan worked up pricing for both scenarios. As the vehicle was going to be for my wife i wanted her to drive it before any deal was finalized. We returned in a couple of days so she could test drive it. Dan had her vehicle appraised for trade while she test drove the Compass. Dan came back with a trade in value that we were comfortable with & we agreed on a purchase price. Upon delivery Dan went over the with both of us in detail. All through the process he was professional, upfront & honest.
