Horrible Service! Will never bring my car to this dealership again! If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my vehicle in for some work this week that should have been covered under the extended warranty I purchased when I purchased the vehicle. My check engine light was on and also the analog clock in my vehicle was not working. I received a call several hours later and was told the o2 sensor on my vehicle was “damaged” therefore not covered under warranty and it would be $694 to fix. I asked how the o2 sensor would have been damaged and they said oh maybe a rock or they don’t know, they were very evasive with me on the phone. My husband and I went after work to speak with them and so they could show him the damage. The wires appeared to have been ripped out of the sensor and did not look like damage that was caused by a rock. When asked why the part wasn’t dirty (because I had been driving vehicle with engine light on) they said oh there is a cover on it. Then when we asked to speak to the manager he stated he believed it was “rodent damage”. But if there is a cover over it how did a rodent chew it? Not to mention where the sensor is located on my car there is NO way a rodent chewed it. They then proceeded to try and get us to pay a diagnostic fee for my clock that they did not even diagnose! On the paperwork it states that they diagnosed the clock and determined I needed a new one, but what’s suspicious about this is after we told them to put my car back together and we would be repairing it ourselves, my husband brought my car home and popped my dash out to look at the clock and it was not plugged in! He plugged it in and put the dash back in and what do you know the clock was working! This place is shady and unprofessional to say the least. I along with my family and friends will NEVER return to this sorry excuse of a dealership. What a disgrace this dealership is. Poor service on vehicles as well as customer service. More

He had the car ready and waiting for us when we arrived. After test driving, I got cold feet, but Paul worked with me through a few other test drives, until I finally decided that the first car was the right one after all! Paul never rushed me or made me feel like my multiple drives were wasting time. This is probably my 5th time going through a dealership to buy a car, and it was by far the best experience I've had. I was treated like a customer, and not a 'sale'. Needless to say, I bought the jeep, and was happy with the customer service all the way until I drove it off the lot. Will recommend Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Garden City to my friends and family. Thank you Paul! More

Nick's low key friendly demeanor quickly dispelled any apprehension often associated with dealerships. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions and some we hadn't even asked. When our lease is up we'll definitely return to Suburban and specify Nick to guide us through another positive experience. More
