Rude people I had my Jeep in the service center to be fixed. Knowing my miles close to being up on my lease I decided it was time to look for something new (good I had my Jeep in the service center to be fixed. I walked over to the new vehicles show room and was greeted by Juan. I was explaining to him that I was turning in a leased vehicle a little early due to miles and before I could finish saying that I have done this before (turned in a car early) he asked how much my payments were and how many months I had left and quickly told me the payments would be more than $400 on anything I was to look at. I told him I was interested in the Dodge journey and he told me that the only ones they had on the lot we’re going to be too much for me to lease or buy. I’m not understanding how he knows my financial situation nor what I can afford and didn’t appreciate being treated as if I was a poor young person. The sad part is is I can afford a lease that was 400+ but he didn’t know that so I left went back to the used car lot and purchased a vehicle the same day. I wasn’t necessarily looking into buying a used vehicle but the way I was treated I knew my decision was right. He should’ve Took That time and showed me vehicles even if they were out of my price range because there’s no way he knew what I was looking to spend and how much I was willing to pay. I would never recommend anyone to go to the new car lot because of him. My vehicle was being serviced everything went fine except the shuttle that took me home said they were coming to get me when my vehicle was ready and it took two hours. That I can get around but being treated the way I was is not acceptable. More

Jason Shook, the business manager, made it work around my busy work schedule... he had the paperwork AND new car delivered to me at my workplace. Never did I think I would be able to by a new car without ever stepping foot into the showroom! I HIGHLY recommend Suburban CDJR... Class act! More
