When the dealership did not have the incredibly hard vehicle to find that I was interested in, they worked very hard for days trying to get a dealer trade done, and found my vehicle. Factory direct orders take 3 to 4 weeks and they got me an almost exact match of what I wanted.in a couple days in spite of other dealerships resistance. Tony Cawson is your guy! Very hard working decent, no BS man, which can be hard to find in a car salesman. He is in the used car sales dept. But I insisted he work for me on a new car, because he is a down to earth good guy, who worked for me to get my daughter's car. And after this experience I don't think there is a salesman out there at any dealership that would have worked as hard as he did to get me what I needed to have for my wife. Always polite! James takes care of me in a timely manner every time I come in. I had to have a key re-programmed due to unfortunate issues. He explained the process James takes care of me in a timely manner every time I come in. I had to have a key re-programmed due to unfortunate issues. He explained the process and went over it with me more than once to ensure that the service I was requesting was what I actually needed to have done. He informed me of the price of what it would take to make a second key fob because I had lost mine and I couldn't afford it. I only waited about an hour and with a "happy accident" they made me a second key fob and I didn't have to pay for it. Overall great service. Everyone is always friendly.
