Worked with Tony Cawson in the used car side. We traveled 1.5 hours to look at a couple of cars they had on the lot. He was ready with the keys. DONE WRONG IN EVERY WAY FROM START TO FINISH! Came to the dealership to deal with a particular salesman. He worked in used car sales, so he got help with my purchase from the business manager Nic Came to the dealership to deal with a particular salesman. He worked in used car sales, so he got help with my purchase from the business manager Nick Engles in new car sales. 1st, Nick told me on the phone that he found exactly what I was looking for with all the right options. Turns out this vehicle never existed. He made a mistake. Then when I found one myself and had them do a dealer trade, this lesser vehicle somehow had a 5000.00 higher residual value!! (I was interested in leasing). I went ahead with the lease anyway! That was stupid on my part. When sitting down with Nick, instead of telling me my new Jeep comes with 2 years of oil changes and tire rotations, he did the opposite and very arrogantly brought out the pushy salesman side of himself and told me to BUY the lease extra for oil changes and tire rotations!!!! He made a mistake, I was told! He is the business manager?? When I called him out on it 6 weeks later when I found out about this, he told me that I wouldn't have to come in to sign anything and he mailed out a check, and I received it in 3 days. I then deposited the check. The next day, he said he made ANOTHER MISTAKE and wasn't supposed to mail the check and instead I need to find the time to drive out there to sign the one made out to me, my wife, and the bank. I told him the check has cleared. Thinking this was no longer my problem, a few days later somehow the money from the check is being removed from my account and now has my bank account a mess with fees and unpaid bills. I had to take care of this problem he caused me with a high interest cash advance to cover this. So now, because this Do anything for a sale even if it's completely the wrong thing to do to somebody,business manager Nick Engles, sold me something he knew I didn't need, I have to put my crippled wife in the car and drive almost an hour to fix his mistakes! I am beyond upset and will only return to this dealership to probably bend over at the time I turn this thing in. I'm not saying you will have these issues, but everyone should know what kind of person Nick Engles is. He is the reason "car salesman" doesn't sound like a good thing to become. More
Tony and Paul are awesome! No games; straight to the point. When I pulled into the lot, I had already found what I was looking for at a other dealership. That dealership was 2.5 hours away, so I just wa point. When I pulled into the lot, I had already found what I was looking for at a other dealership. That dealership was 2.5 hours away, so I just wanted to see if I could find something comparable a bit closer to home. Tony searched his inventory while Paul searched auctions. Paul was able to find one and didn't play with the price. He gave me a number that was slightly under the other dealer plus Tony explained they had a 100k mile warranty, rather than the other 36k. I was almost sold. I just needed to see if they could add my bed liner and I needed to see it in person and take it for a test drive. On the day I had funding, Tony pulled some strings and did what was needed to get the truck ready for me that evening. When I got there, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy, even gave me a trailer hitch to throw on and a full tank of gas! I left feeling good about my purchase, instead of questioning my decision as I have with auto purchases in the past. I will definitely go back next time and will be sending my family and friends. More
