Leased a Ram in 2019 and worked with Jason Little and had such a great experience that I ordered a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon. I took delivery on Saturday and again the staff went above and beyond ! ! Jason Littl such a great experience that I ordered a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon. I took delivery on Saturday and again the staff went above and beyond ! ! Jason Little was the Sales Manager involved and Jason Shook handled my paperwork. I live in Clinton Township and drove past SEVERAL Jeep dealers to work with these guys and I am so glad I did ! ! Paperwork can be tedious but Jason made everything a breeze and made sure that I had the proper coverages as my lease will take me out of warranty. Thank you again and I will be back as I have a friend and a family member looking for vehicles and I will be referring them to this dealership. More

Simple, honest and true to word. A great experience. Can’t say enough about the manner in which I was treated by Steve Volk and the assistance of Harold Kavner. Can’t say enough about the manner in which I was treated by Steve Volk and the assistance of Harold Kavner. More

I headed out last Saturday morning with my checkbook in hand to purchase a Buick Encore. I gave myself the entire day to accomplish this. I went to Suburban all the way in Garden City. When I tried to t hand to purchase a Buick Encore. I gave myself the entire day to accomplish this. I went to Suburban all the way in Garden City. When I tried to test drive the third and last vehicle, they said to get it back in a half hour. Since they chose to have their dealership 15-20 minutes from the expressway, that would be impossible. The salesperson's suggestion was not to take it for a full test drive. But, it needs to be driven on the expressway to complete a full test. By the time I got to the expressway, I had to turn around and come back due to time and due to the fact the car had no gas and was dinging at me. Suburban's hours are not workable for employed people. I only have weekends and they close early on weekends, so Suburban wasted my time. They owe me a gas card. Had the car battery in the first vehicle not been dead, maybe there would have been a few more minutes to test drive the last vehicle. The service center closed an hour before the sales office, so it would have been difficult to purchase the vehicle that day anyway. "Yeah, let's start a car dealership. On the one day a week customers can come in, let's close extremely early, so customers cannot complete a purchase." "Yeah, man, that sounds awesome! Let's do this! We won't sell a thing!" I knew the first vehicle I saw at Suburban was the Premier II trim package, which has blind spot monitor. He said they had a second one. I asked if that was the same trim package. He said yes. I looked at the vehicle's spec sheet and saw it was not the same trim package. I asked him again. Again, he said yes. I said, "OK, so the second one has the blind spot monitor." He again said yes. I told him that was probably not the case. We went outside and, sure enough, it did not have the blind spot monitor. It seems Suburban will tell you anything you want to hear to sell you a car. Also, I asked the salesman about why the vehicles I was looking at were sold "as is." He said that's the case on all Suburban's used vehicles. But, according to Suburban's website, they have a "used car peace of mind" for 7 day/3 month/3,000 mile on all used vehicles except for ones sold "as is." I guess I'm lucky they wouldn't sell me the vehicle after all. What has to be wrong with it to not be a part of the "peace of mind?" Suburban wasted my day. If they don't want to sell cars, they should be upfront instead of wasting my time. More
