Crappy Customer Service! !!! Bought a Chrysler 300 (through someone else) and after a month, the radio started rebooting constantly. Took it into the shop while it was stil !!! Bought a Chrysler 300 (through someone else) and after a month, the radio started rebooting constantly. Took it into the shop while it was still under warranty at least 5 times for the same issue. There wasn't much they could do except update the software, which didn't help. But since the problem was intermittent, it was impossible to tell if the update did anything until I drove it around for a few days. So, a year later and the warranty has run out, and the problem is worse than ever and now I get to buy a whole new infotainment system. Last time I work with this dealer if I can help it and last time I buy this infotainment system, which means no more Chrysler. This was my second 300, but there won't be a 3rd. More

Service = SUCKS! Twice now I TRUSTED them with my personal property Challenger. What a great experience! Dan went out his way to ensure that I would be totally satisfied when I arrived (from over 5 hours away) He sent videos, made sure the truck was clean and provided me with every document that I asked for. A true sales person! He was genuine, personable, tentative and very tolerant of my OCD haha. I even hit him with a few BS questions just see if he would play me.. Never tried to play me one time. I just can't say enough good things about my experience!! More
