After the test drive, I decided that the car it wasn't for me. Upon hearing and understanding my reasoning, sleeves got rolled up and they went to work. Still couldn't find the right match from all of the vehicles listed. That didn't stop them. They searched through the system, looking through the cars that hadn't even been listed yet. Found my beautiful Chrysler 300, which had been added to their inventory only 3 days prior. Went of their way to make it fit my budget. A little over a year later, I received a phone call from Richard Barker, who wanted to make sure I was still in love with the car. We got to talking, and I mentioned that I was in the market for another car for my fiancé. Almost exactly one week later, we drove off the lot in our beautiful 2016 Chrysler 200 S. Decided to shop online only for my new vehicle. Thus, I began calling various local dealers and asking about the advertised Internet price. Every dealer I talked to changed the price by disqualifying me from various incentives and rebates. I received a call from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor, Michigan and started working with them... After a brief discussion, I received an amazing deal on my new vehicle and Andrew Wrenbeck, Sales Representative worked tirelessly with me to make sure I was taken care of with regard to buying the car. I explained that our car had mechanical issue that we were unable to afford the repair and he asked what we can do as far as down payment, and monthly payments. I explained I had nothing to put down except the broken car. and needed a payment under 300 dollars a month. When I came out the the dealership to look at the options the finance manger Paul Alfonso and Denis met us and gave use our options. I really appreciated how straight forward and genuine these two men were. They were not there to just get me in a car I cant afford because they would make more money they actually wanted to make sure this was something I was ready for and understood what I needed to do to make my situation better all around. Rick Wresche went above and beyond all expectations. Rick listened to our needs and found the car that worked best for us. I ended up driving away with a lease on a new Compass and could not be happier! Not only did Rick do that for us, he also took care of my 2000 Civic the next day. I drove to Suburban after work to pick Rick up so he could drive the Civic from my house back to the dealership! Rick then spent time showing me features of my Compass, paired my phone with the car and transferred my plates. He ended up calling me (half hour after store closed) to let me know the quote for my Civic! I also have to give a big nod to J.P. who helped us finish the paperwork on the Compass. He called us the day after signing to let us know he had found a rebate that ended up saving us over $40 a month on our payments! Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work!
