Oil Change I called this morning at 8:23 am to schedule an oil change. Was told by Steve they don't schedule oil changes because they have an express lane that b I called this morning at 8:23 am to schedule an oil change. Was told by Steve they don't schedule oil changes because they have an express lane that brings cars in and out within 45 minutes. I asked him is he sure . He said yes... we service oil changes within 45 minutes. I came in at 10:45am. It's now 12:33 pm and when I arrived I was told in would take an 1 1/2 hours to complete. I again asked, are you sure because I have to leave in 1 1/2 hours. I was again told yes. It's 2.5 hours later and they're just pulling me. I've which people in come in after me and we're finished before me. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER RETURN . More

The first dealership approved me for a car that they knew I couldn't afford, but continued to pressure me into it. I left very discouraged that I wouldn't be able to find something I could afford with my bad credit, or find a honest car dealership. I filled out a online credit app, and was contacted shortly after. I explained my situation to Denis Lako and what I could afford for a monthly payment. The finance team found a lender with a payment that I could actually afford, and didn't pressure me at any point. They also took my 2003 buick lesabre with 250000 miles and a blown transmission as a trade for a extra $500 towards my down payment. I knew I wouldn't have a huge selection to choose from with my credit but they managed to find me a Jeep compass with low miles and the 4x4 that I really wanted. Can't say enough good things about my experience and would highly recommend Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor to anyone in a similar situation that I was in with poor credit. More
