Just a great Home-Grown business atmosphere where a hand shake still exists and means something, and pride in ownership is apparent and demonstrated. Helping Hands I enjoyed working with Darius. He was very helpful and worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted. I was in a lease with Kia with a vehicle I hat I enjoyed working with Darius. He was very helpful and worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted. I was in a lease with Kia with a vehicle I hated and he got me out of that lease and gave me a vehicle that I wanted within my price range. Trade-In & Buy-a-Truck Made Easy At Suburban Dodge RAM in A2 A big thank you to Liz at Suburban in A2 for following up on my trade-in lead through KBB. Her responsiveness got the process started and gave me the A big thank you to Liz at Suburban in A2 for following up on my trade-in lead through KBB. Her responsiveness got the process started and gave me the willingness to make a somewhat long drive out to A2 to see if we could work out a deal. Once I got there I met and worked with Doug Chitren. Doug made the process straightforward and believe it or not, fun! The trade-in part of the deal was very easy and the value was a little more than the KBB price. Getting the RAM 1500 ready took some time but Doug made the wait easy and never made me feel like he was taking care of someone else at the same time. Once again, thank you to the Suburban Dodge/RAM team in Ann Arbor!! More
