The salesman I have dealt with for the past 15 years has retired from the business. Suburban is close to my home and was reffered by a friend, Rob Rydman. Rob Kincade was very friendly and kept me informed while my vehicle was being serviced. I felt as though he is very trustworthy and he didn't push me into any services that were unnecessary. I brought my car in for service because of a light on the dash (turned out to be a service engine light) It took much longer than anticipated, but Mike was very nice and kept me updated. Very pleased with service. The shuttle was gone and it wouldn't be returning for 40 minutes. I needed to get home quicker than waiting for the shuttle. Eric arranged a ride for me. I had to have a side mirror replaced. Pat and another gentleman, who's name I'm forgetting right now, helped tremendously. When I showed up to have the mirror replaced I had used duct tape to hold the gentleman, who's name I'm forgetting right now, helped tremendously. When I showed up to have the mirror replaced I had used duct tape to hold the broken mirror in place for the time being. The other gentleman actually took the time to scrub the duct tape adhesive off my mirror and completely clean it up for me; which was not necessary in the least as I was the one who put it there. Pat also stopped by to make sure I was taken care of in the end. Outstanding service like that is what brings a person back to Suburban Chev when other dealers & or shops are much closer. Chad H.
