The "Only Place" and People" I would ever go to for an auto I live about 150 miles from this dealership. Although Duluth, MN is not huge, there was Nothing even close to what I wanted for anywhere near the pric I live about 150 miles from this dealership. In addition, all I got from the Dealers here on my trade in was a value half of what the car was worth..."Go sell it yourself." was the only response they gave. Even tried to tell me I had a salvage title because I retitled it in the state I live in. I had purchased the vehicle in Illinois. I was looking for a specific vehicle Suburban Chevrolet had on their lot. I should add that their asking price was "by FAR", the best price available within 250 miles with everything I was looking for. so I decided to call and fortunately I was connected with Nicholas "Nick" Kee. This guy is "GREAT!" From the moment I spoke to him over the phone till the end of the deal, Nick, and this whole dealership treated me fairly, respectfully, and worked "with" me to get me the vehicle I wanted. There were no games, no tricks, no delays, just honest people trying to make a living and make a sale that benefits "both" parties. They need to make profit too, but I was definitely taken care of too! This dealership, everyone there, and Nick Kee in particular, will have my devotion, any business I can send them, and my eternal gratitude. "They ROCK!!" I want to add one more thing. I'm a retired Navy veteran. I have a beautiful wife and an eight year old daughter. I have been battling a non-operable cancer for two years now. A month ago I not only had it in the original place, it went to my brain. Ten days ago I finished two rounds of brain radiation. And, I have a blood clot in my left leg. I'm a wreck. I told Nick none of this as we progressed through the deal. Three things are precious to me now, Jesus, my Family, and Time. This dealership and Nick take as much care with the ones in their control as you would yourself. Nothing is wasted. Be honest with them, I did, and they earned every bit of trust I gave them. I would drive a thousand miles to buy from them again if I ever needed or wanted a new or used auto. Service experience Communication while my vehicle was in shop for 2 1/2 weeks for warranty was horrible. They did not have a loaner vehicle for me to use while they had Communication while my vehicle was in shop for 2 1/2 weeks for warranty was horrible. Then I over paid when I get there and I paid cash and instead of just giving me a $100 back cash the service guy has a hour long meeting about paying me back with a check! Ummmm, I don't think so. I was calm and patient up till then. But I guess I should know better than to buy from a big box store, it was the same old same your best friends till you buy the vehicle then it's "who are you". We deliberated and test drove the preferred vehicle, enjoyed it so much that we sat down with Joe to try and come to agreeable terms. Joe was a star making us feel comfortable, even while limping around on a bum knee. Mark was just as easy to work with and sped us along to get the process complete. Joe helped us setup the vehicle and On-Star even though it was well after closing. I would definitely work with these gentlemen again. More
