Repairs and service done as promised. Took my Chev Impala in for a recall notice and was serviced in a timely manner. Excellent Customer Service even when the deal is done! Two weeks ago my 2003 Suburban was parked in a parking lot when somebody backed into it going about 25 mph and totaled it. I went back to where I boug Two weeks ago my 2003 Suburban was parked in a parking lot when somebody backed into it going about 25 mph and totaled it. I went back to where I bought it at Suburban Chevrolet to find a replacement. Sales Consultant Corey Minion was great in assisting us in searching for the right replacement suburban. After we found one we noticed a small issue which he took care of right away. After we decided on a vehicle Business Manager Steve Beech worked with us in getting the deal done and being patient in waiting for our insurance check to come in. After the deal was done and we had the vehicle home we noticed that the passenger rear door would not unlock from the power button or the key fab. I stopped back in at Suburban Chevrolet and Corey looked at it then had his Manager Christopher Haeg check it out. Christopher had the maintenance department fix my door on the spot even though it was an "As Is" vehicle. They did the right thing and their customer service was outstanding. I just wanted to say that these three gentlemen are true professionals, and I highly recommend using them for any of your vehicle needs. Thanks guy! More
