Great guys in service. Disliked call center based scheduling When I scheduled the appointment it was obvious that I was speaking to someone in a call center. She was nice and pleasant to deal with but it was als When I scheduled the appointment it was obvious that I was speaking to someone in a call center. She was nice and pleasant to deal with but it was also clear that she had no idea as to how much time the repair was going to take or how that would fit into the service departments schedule. I understand that there may be financial advantages to contracting with a call center service but as a customer I would much rather be speaking directly with a service advisor who actually works at the service providers location. That all said, the guys in the service center did an excellent job and were very helpful. More

Appointment Times I called to make an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. The windshield wiper fluid doesn't work on the windshield but it works on the back window. When I called in I was told I have to make an appointment before noon during the week. I was told you can only put vehicles on the computer until noon so I wouldn't be able to come in the afternoon or on a weekend. With that kind of service I would have to take an entire day of vacation to get it fixed. I brought it in this past weekend for an oil change but only did that because I get the tires rotated for free. Also, I was on the website chatting with someone about making an appointment. I said I wanted an appointment at 11am on 10/1/16. The person disconnected and never did make an appointment. More

Not their best work Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, been here numerous times, but this one was not their best work. Had an appointment for 11:30, noticed my car didn't go in until almost Noon and they weren't done with it until almost 1:30. They are normally not that slow and they usually wash my car when they are done, which they did not do this time either. The cashier was not the friendliest either. Had my 3 year old son with me and he was getting anxious to leave and she proceeded to make a few snide remarks about having kids. More
