Rude Employees Normally I do not write reviews, especially if I only have an issue once but for the last 3 years everytime I go into the service center I am met with Normally I do not write reviews, especially if I only have an issue once but for the last 3 years everytime I go into the service center I am met with employees upselling me on items I do not need or want. Guilting me if I do not upgrade my service. Long wait times in the waiting room for services I have appointments for. Earlier this week, I came in for an appointment to conduct my last oil consumption test, get an oil change and rotate my tires. I was in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. I had an appointment and I still waited that long! I would expect that if I was a walkin but they knew I was coming. Not only was I in the waiting room for that long but the computers were down and the billing woman was rude to everyone that came in, making comments like "don't you know our computers are down!!", "That is not how coupons work" (even though the person was using a coupon the way any other person would redeem a coupon), and making rude comments about people not using the credit card machine (like they were stupid). I am sick and tired of getting my car serviced at this center and have reached a point where I will never come back. I am not the only one that has had issues with this service center, which only confirms my frustration and disappointment. More
