Wasted our time Waited for 3 1/2 hours for them to call to tell us it was done. They never did so then I called. It was done, when we picked it up the invoice said it Waited for 3 1/2 hours for them to call to tell us it was done. They never did so then I called. It was done, when we picked it up the invoice said it was finished 2 1/2 hours earlier. Then I asked the service writer what they found on my recall and she talked about a software update. Mine was for a door on the heater vent system. Then she argued about it. I gave up and called back after I got home. Very frustrating. More
