Dakota was great. I appreciated that he was able to do a lot of work over the phone and via text - sending information back and forth - until we came up with a plan that worked for me. Also, we stopped by the parts department a couple of times and the guy we needed to talk to wasn't there. Neither was Dakota's fault. Just seems like the dealership needs to staff up in order to provide a better customer experience. More

The shifter dash light error was resolved and repaired, however we asked that the 4 tires be checked to make sure the air matched. This wasn’t done. It was brought up a couple of times when the car was fir however we asked that the 4 tires be checked to make sure the air matched. This wasn’t done. I have a hard time believing that the multi point inspection got completed when this task was not done. Overall though, service has been positive at this dealership. More
