We had been getting a low pressure reading and wanted it checked since this was the second time that the tire was low since we purchased the car 3 weeks ago and it was low even then. Service manager's reception was very cool and he seemed disinterested in hearing that it may be a bad seal right from the time of purchase. Fluids were never checked but we were ok with that since it was a relatively new purchase and we are assuming all the fluids should be full. Service manager did not want to make note of the low tire and like I said, he could have been more cordial. I did not catch his name but he was on the express lane side. More

Routine Service As usual another great experience!! I was greeted immediately upon entering the garage, the info needed for my service (oil change, tire rotation, an As usual another great experience!! I was greeted immediately upon entering the garage, the info needed for my service (oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid flush) was entered and the paperwork ready to sign in just minutes. I took a couple of minutes to say hi to Jason in sales (he sold me my Equinox) and he always remembers me. In a little over an hour my vehicle was ready. The tech even took the time to go over the inspection form with me. The cashier was very friendly and waited to process the paperwork until the tech was done talking to me. Service advisor Tim Chavala also remembered me and said hello as well!! More

I found our vehicle on Carsoup.com on Jan 2, got the automated email that they got my inquiry, Casey called me and we discussed the vehicle and what I was looking for and my expectations on the condition of the vehicle. I got a good vibe from the conversation, you know how you feel some seem pushy or all business, not this time, I felt like he was a friend trying to help me out and get the best vehicle for me and my family!! He went the extra mile to double check everything to make sure all my requirements were met as the vehicle just came into the dealership, he kept in contact with me and let me know when it was available to look at and drive, which was only 2 days .....Casey stayed late that night since we were coming in, we got there and there was a little issue with the pricing, the Sales Mgr Chris let us know right away and got to the point, he was out, and when they prices it, they didn't include all the bells and whistle, so it was originally quoted to us really low, he said if you like the vehicle, if it's everything you were looking for, we will make it work. Which they did! I get it, people make mistakes, and the vehicle was super clean and exactly what we were looking for and on the price thing, they made it right! We bought the vehicle that night, love it! My 2 girls were screaming with excitement when we drove in!! Chris and Casey treated us both with respect and were not pushy, Also, they had the best prices and of the other ones we looked at, the cleanest vehicles too! Will and have recommended them to several people, family and friends who commented on my new ride!!! *As far as the negative review on the correspondence from auto trader, I believe those are automated responses prior to the sales manager getting them, so those comments hold no weight.
