Our sales rep was Jack Yanisch, who worked around our busy schedules, quickly answered all of our many questions, installed parts we wanted within 12 hours so we could pick up our truck with what we were wanting. We were impressed with Jack's guidance for the extended warranties, so we bought this and a few other options available to us. We also meet the Sales Manager/General Manager Dave Casper who was extraordinary and we were impressed how he ran this dealership. We currently insure 6 vehicles at our house. Believe me - we have gone through this process many, many times. Again, I highly recommend this team and Dealership. My experience of getting my sons care fixed at Suburban Chev We had my sons car towed to the dealership on 12/23/2016 to fix the damage to his car from a minor accident. We were told it would take a week to be We had my sons car towed to the dealership on 12/23/2016 to fix the damage to his car from a minor accident. We were told it would take a week to be fixed. After 2 to 3 weeks went by I finally received a call from the service advisor explaining that his car needed 4 new tires and they were arguing with the insurance man at progressive over it because they could not let his car leave in the condition that his tires were in. I agreed to pay for 4 new tires. When we went to pic up his car the next day after a month we noticed there was severe damage to the bumper of his car that was not there when it was dropped off. The service advisor told us it was a different bumper that they and the insurance man agreed to so that the deductible would be lowered. To make a long story short my sons car was hit in their parking lot and now we are having to fight for it to be fixed. More

Service was okay. First oil change on new diesel Hd. The girl service writer was nice and easy going. A+ for her....who ever did my oil change was not clean of oil when First oil change on new diesel Hd. The girl service writer was nice and easy going. A+ for her....who ever did my oil change was not clean of oil when they brought the truck back from the service bay... wish I took a picture cause I cleaned a lot of oil off my center counsel and steering wheel...Booo! And I'm not 100% sure they did a tire rotate. Tire pressure was the "exact" same as when before the service.hmmmm. Other then those 2 things thanks:) More
