typical service appt. when i checked in the service manager (Terry?) said they only had noted a recall procedure despite the fact that my wife had clearly explained she nee when i checked in the service manager (Terry?) said they only had noted a recall procedure despite the fact that my wife had clearly explained she needed an oil change and tire rotation which they had recommended at the time......why is it so tough to "get it right"? Terry continued to insist the computer only noted the recall procedure....is it more important to be 'right' or to provide customer service?
