Service was very good...work wasn't complete. I received excellent service @ Suburban yesterday. My appointment was for 12 noon and the service dept was ready for my car. Jeramy (sp) was friend I received excellent service @ Suburban yesterday. My appointment was for 12 noon and the service dept was ready for my car. Jeramy (sp) was friendly and professional and took the time to explain what was going to be done, how long it would take and what it would cost. He added an extra service I requested and said "no problem". The entire process met all expectations. Rated work as average because my tires were not recalibrated. Had to return to the shop to have that done and have the tire pressure adjusted after leaving the store. Should have been done when rotating the tires. It was done promptly upon my return....but should have been on the initial appt. Hope this helps. More

OK but didn't address all of my concerns. I feel like you did OK while addressing the mechanical concerns of the car. However, I have had problems with the radio and radio speaker for the past I feel like you did OK while addressing the mechanical concerns of the car. However, I have had problems with the radio and radio speaker for the past three years and it is never addressed nor fixed. My radio does not work when it is below freezing when I first turn the car on, and they have never figured out why, nor have they tried to fix it. I also had complaints about the speaker's sounding garbled. I am frustrated with this. Sincerely, Stephanie Ventura More
They can change oil and rotate tires Brought in my wife's vehicle for the 65K mile service. They performed an oil change and a tire rotation and washed her Yukon in about an hour. Not m Brought in my wife's vehicle for the 65K mile service. They performed an oil change and a tire rotation and washed her Yukon in about an hour. Not much to go wrong with that kind of thing but it went without a hitch. Greeted quickly and given a service estimate then done an hour later. More

Huge Transmission Service Fail Brought my barely used 2000 Silverado with 61,000 miles in for a scheduled routine transmission pan drop and filter replacement for $170. First issue Brought my barely used 2000 Silverado with 61,000 miles in for a scheduled routine transmission pan drop and filter replacement for $170. First issue was when a female service advisor didn't believe me that the service was even offered and then tried to charge me a minimum charge of $300. It took another service advisor to convince her that the service was available at the price I stated. The service was estimated to take 45 minutes so I test drove a couple of trucks and after 2 hours I asked the female service advisor for an update and she told me they were still working on it. After 3 hours I saw my truck sitting in the service area and asked if it was ready. She told that the truck was throwing codes and had the Check Engine light on. I asked her how this happened and she stated that it must have come in that way. The second service advisor also confirmed this and said I should schedule another appointment to have it repaired. After more questions I found out that the service tech actually dropped the pan twice because after the first pan drop the truck would not start in 1st gear - only 3rd gear - and that he test drove it this way twice. I agreed to come back the following week but as I attempted to drive away the truck would barely move. I opened the hood and checked the transmission fluid level and it was filled twice as high as it should have been. It took me meeting with the Used Car Mgr and Service Mgr to get a loaner and then schedule to have their transmission expert look at it the following week. The following week they called and said the service tech had broken a shift servo when he dropped the pan the first time and this also caused the codes and Check Engine light to display. I picked up the truck and the transmission seems fine but I worry that this service issue could cause future transmission problems. I've had a lot of service on various vehicles at Suburban Chev and this was the first time everything went bad - especially when they accused me of bringing in the truck already throwing codes. Will have to think really hard about which service center I take my business to in the future. More

We traded in our vehicle and got what we wanted and walked out with a brand new Tahoe. I would say hands down one of the greatest dealerships around!! Would highly recommend Jack he was straight to the point and didn't waste any of our time! More
