Perfect Timing On 1/18 I went in to purchase a new Chevy Cruze. Bryan was able to locate the vehicle at another dealership. He collected the necessary paperwork to do a credit check. Everything checked out. I put a down payment on the vehicle as it had to be transported from the other dealer. Bryan informed me that the vehicle would be there on Monday and he would call me to keep me updated. He was true to his word. As I didn't have a second driver to drop me off at the dealership, I asked him if he could pick me up at my home. Talk about perfect timing. He arrived within a minute of me getting home and proceeded to take me back to Suburban. As I walked in, the Finance Department was waiting for me. Paperwork completed in record time. Review of the vehicle and OnStar activation done in record time. All said, the total time was about 1 1/2 hours. Your diagnostics suggested I fix this for $340.00 I went on line and discovered that this braking back up was installed because the Chevy system was not perfect and this feature would help in braking emergency. The comment per my discussion with the on line mechanic influenced me to not do this repair. . More

I thought that was very nice on them. that would save me about $1000.00 Good job More

I went to Suburban Chevrolet to look at a 2017 Tahoe. Dean Wagnild (Sales) answered all of my questions. Right away I knew I could trust him. We stayed in touch over the next week. After looking at many vehicles on line and seeing a few in person I knew what my decision would be. I called Dean and he gave me an awesome price price on the truck I wanted. In fact, no Chevrolet dealership within 250 miles had as good a price on a similarly equipped 2017 Tahoe LT! One of the managers at Suburban Chevrolet drove my trade in SUV and he gave me a great trade in value on my SUV. He told me he would make it easy for me to buy the new SUV. He did! The finance manager was also great and made the whole process easy. Dean invited me to come back a few days later and he walked me through every feature on the truck.
