It was an amazing experience. I only needed to go to the delarship once to realize I wanted to buy there. The second time I went, I leased a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. Service I gave a low rating after my experience of the service center. I went in for an oil change and noticed a lot of employees looking at me with no sense I gave a low rating after my experience of the service center. I went in for an oil change and noticed a lot of employees looking at me with no sense of wanting to help me. Finally a guy asks what I needed. He had no idea what he was doing on the computer. Another employee finally came to see if he needed help. She worked through what I needed and then the first guy I was working with curled into a ball on the floor and started crying in the service lane. While all this is going on a service guy got into the vehicle in front of mine and drove as fast as he could out of the service lane and had the vehicles wheels spinning like he was trying to do a brake stand. The only reason I gave 2 star and not 1 star is there was a service guy that did help me with a minor issue I had with my nav screen. I would never come back to this dealer(circus) for service again. More

Great Sales Experience I love that every time I walk into the sales area I receive excellent service. From the time I stopped in to inquire about my lease options, to the time I test drove a few different vehicles I felt taken care of. Everyone was extremely patient with my questions and indecisiveness. I have to hand it to Jack Yanisch. He took the time to get to know me personally and helped me rationalize the type of vehicle I deserved. I never felt pressured. He was supportive and patient while I considered different lease options. Thank you Jack! I am extremely happy with my Cruze Premier! More
