They suck 2012 Suburban. Complete brake job @ 63,000 miles. Front end (brakes) have been making noises ever since. Current miles 86,000. Vehicle has been th 2012 Suburban. Dealt with first service advisor until last visit yesterday. Kept getting run around; saying there was nothing wrong ("ceramic brakes make noises"). Researched issue outside of this service place (where I bought the vehicle); learned exact contradictory explanations. Not to mention I know 3 people with similar vehicles and their brakes don't make noises. Vehicle warranty expired 7 days ago. Demanded to deal with a different service advisor who was very helpful in explanations, but again nothing resolved. And, they were not willing to honor the warranty. Vehicle still makes noises. Suspect that the brake job they did @ 63,000 miles was either bad parts or poorly installed. Complete pain in the xxx. Multiple visits and the problem is still present. $65,000 vehicle purchased at this place and this is the service that they provide. I would highly recommend avoiding this place for either purchase or service. They suck. As an aside, while sitting in the waiting area. An elderly gentleman was also waiting for his repair. I don't know what was wrong with his vehicle. The service advisor comes back, chit chats with another waiting customer and then goes to the vehicle owner. He states, "there is nothing wrong" and leaves. The customer just shook his head. Quite obviously, his problem wasn't fixed either. They suck. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again. Never. Although I was waiting for my car and had limited time, they prioritized my work and got me out the door earlier than expected. The waiting area is clean and had adequate seating. I'll be back! More

Stayed Late to get the deal done. Jack and I worked out the numbers on the phone. Since I was already a Chevrolet Leasee, he found some additional rebates that I could use toward this Jack and I worked out the numbers on the phone. Since I was already a Chevrolet Leasee, he found some additional rebates that I could use toward this car. Unfortunately, my day got busy and I wasn't able to get to the dealer until 5:30PM and they were closing at 6PM. We test drove the truck and liked what it had to offer. Since, we already worked out the numbers they were able to get the deal done quickly. They got the truck cleaned up, the finance person was incredibly fast with paperwork--this was the fastest transaction I have made when purchasing a new vehicle. Jack made sure OnStar was set up and we went through a few of the vehicle features. We were driving away buy 7PM. More

Unhappy with vehicle Salesperson was very nice. I just wish there was an opportunity to return a car within 24-48 hours if unhappy. The car fax on my car was clean. Howev Salesperson was very nice. However, it was noticed (too late) that the passenger door and front panel were a different color than the rest of the car. Car is a 2015 and should all be the same color. Obviously something happened to this car. It's my fault I didn't notice. But I'd like to take it back or be able to negotiate to have it fixed at a decent price. More
