Jack Yanisch made buying our vehicle a relaxing experience where we never felt pressured. He took us for a test drive right away in the car we inquired about, got us a better deal than what I had been pre-approved for and had us in and out in about 2 hours! Jack was quick to act on what my criteria was and could not I've had an amazing experience purchasing my new Malibu with Jack at Suburban Chevrolet. Jack was quick to act on what my criteria was and could not have been more pleasant to work with. It was a great experience truly. I have bought several other vehicles thru this dealership (as have my daughters and other friends) and all have had a great experience each time! This time I was there for a new car due to someone running a red light and totaling the great Malibu I had just bought one year ago. It was frustrating for me to have that happen and car shopping was not on my list for the week. Not only did BOTH Jack and Matt in the Finance department make it all work very quickly for me they both made it a very pleasant experience as well. Thank you so much for all your help. I know that I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there given all the great experiences I have had. Thank you for caring about the "Great Customer Service" Suburban Chevrolet!
