First time disappointment This was the first time I've been disappointed in this service center after buying the truck two years ago. I called to schedule a recall and have my This was the first time I've been disappointed in this service center after buying the truck two years ago. I called to schedule a recall and have my truck inspected and to consult for scheduled maintenance. When I arrived, it seemed what I had talked to the service Rep about on the phone, was not conveyed to anyone else. The service rep that checked me in did no indicated at all they knew what I was there for. The recall was easy enough, but my main purpose of my visit was to have the truck inspected and to discuss with a tech about what service would need to be done, or if anything needed to be fixed on the truck. At checkout, I got a piece of paper saying the recall was done, but no mention about the recommended service that needed to be completed. The checklist of the 'inspection' they were supposedly performing was not even filled out. I requested the checklist be completed and the rep returned it to me with sections of it still not filled out. Apparently a 27-point inspection does not include tire checks, break life feedback, fluids.....nothing. All I got back for my maintenance report was "your battery is in good shape". I cannot lie, this was the first disappointing interaction I've had with Suburban Chev. More

Absolutely Amazing Dealership and Salesman Suburban Chev was out first stop out of three dealerships. We BY FAR had the best experience there. We visited the Chevy dealership in Anoka where we found the salesman to be very fake with us and pushy. We also stopped at Rudy Luther where the salesman knew nothing about the GMC Yukon we were test driving and couldn't answer any of our questions. At Suburban Chev we worked with Nick Kee. He was fabulous! He obviously knew his vehicles and answered all of our questions about the Tahoe we were driving. We also met with one of the managers there, I believe his name was Chris, before leaving. He was wonderful as well. They were all very professional and did not push us or say "Well the vehicle won't be here when you finally decide you want it so you should buy it now." like other places did. They understood that we did not want to purchase the first vehicle we saw and simply wished us good luck and said they hope to see us again. It was a big part of why we chose to go back and buy from them. We will definitely be going back to Suburban Chev for all our needs for this vehicle and when we are ready to purchase another one. Hands down best service we received out of all three dealerships we went to that day! More
