Lengthy Oil Change This is our second attempt at giving the service center the benefit of the doubt. First time was an aweful experience with an incredible long wait time and this time ranked right up there. We have always gone to Goodyear for our Oil Changes but given we got two free oil changes and tire rotations with you after purchase of our new Equinox we obviously had to give you a try. The only way we will ever come there again is by dropping off the vehicle and being called to come pick it up. This time we were told an hour for the service. At about an hour my husband thought he saw our vehicle brought to the parking lot but no one called us so he thought he was wrong. After an hour and a half I went to ask the service center where our car was. He said it was just finished and parked on curb out front and he was just going to come and get us. I went to the curb and there was no car. I came back in to ask where my vehicle was and he said he didn't know. He then proceeded to walk the parking lot and found it where my husband had witnessed it being parked 30 minutes prior. Our time is much more valuable then the time your service center seems to apply to it. What I said the first time when it was a 2 1/2 hour time span for an oil change, if you don't have time to take my car stop taking the appointment. More
