We was kind of crabby, and obviously didn't want to deal with me or our issue with the truck. He said he would talk to the shop and call me back. Its been over a week and no call back. Next time I will purchase elsewhere, because a call back is important weather they can help e or not. Also, when we purchased the truck the sales rep gave us 2 mugs with his name on it "WHY WOULD I DRINK OUT OF A MUG WITH THE SALESMAN'S NAME ON IT? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP SUBURBAN CHEV. YOU MADE MY DECISION EASY AS TO WHERE NOT TO GO ON MY NEXT PURCHASE!!!!! More

Odd start to finish. I was originally told it would be an 8 am appointment and I could wait for repair. 2 hours later after 3rd check with service manager I was told they I was originally told it would be an 8 am appointment and I could wait for repair. 2 hours later after 3rd check with service manager I was told they wanted me to hammer a 2x4 on the latch of the glass t-top of my corvette because they did not want to be liable for breaking it. I had already looked at the latch and knew how to open it but did not have the correct tool to reach the latch. The service manager was like something from a strange movie. He was a face talker with a toothpick in his mouth that got so close I could have bitten the other end of the toothpick. He explained to me (nose to nose) that he was MECHANICAL so he understood how to do it. We both crawled in the car (almost cheek to cheek) so I could explain to him the problem and the fix. He directed me to the showroom floor so I could locate the part needed, and then talk to parts to order it. Really don't know why I brought the car to the service. He said when the part I ordered came in they could install it for me. No Thanks! I'm good! More
