But, I felt they could have done better with their responses and follow up calls/emails once I picked them as my dealer. I felt that I had to make a lot of calls to the dealer to get status updates on the truck when they said they would call me back, and the process was rather lengthy. More

One of the Best Car Buying Experiences I've Ever Had I purchase a used truck about every two years or so and this is the first time I've looked as far away from my home as I did. I spotted a vehicle at I purchase a used truck about every two years or so and this is the first time I've looked as far away from my home as I did. I spotted a vehicle at Suburban Chevrolet (Eden Prairie, MN) which was about 3 - 4 hours away. They were diligent about setting up a meeting time to meet with me and were prepared to let me know if the vehicle was purchased prior to my leaving. Shane was my salesman and was simply a very easy person to work with. There was nothing pushy about the entire deal. He was available to answer whatever questions I had. During the negotiating process he and Eddie were extremely flexible in coming to an agreement on value. I really appreciated the fact that they knew I had traveled some distance and were not black and white on the numbers, but were flexible and so good to work with. I can't say enough about the experience. I've had a number of experiences with dealerships and this, by far, ranks into the top 5 if not right at the top. Great job! I will definitely be looking to see what is on Suburban Chevrolet's lot when I'm in the market for a new truck again. More

Ben was the only salesman I talked to that took the time to locate the exact car I wanted and the car was at the dealership in a few days for me to drive.
