Appointment Times I dropped my care off at 6pm on Tuesday for a 730 am appointment on Wednesday. I had to call them at 1030 am and they hadn't even looked at it yet. I called back at 130 pm and they still hadn't even looked at it yet. I was then schooled by Andy about appointment times. He was extremely rude to me and told me they would call back when the tech had some news. I got a call an hour later to finally tell me what the problem was with my car - he tried to sell me an oil change then. Like I was going to spend any more money or let them have my car for any longer. At 230pm was told it would be ready in 2- 2/12 hours. They never called. Finally went to dealership at 630 pm to find out if it was done or not. BTW - they close at 700pm. Got my car finally after almost 12 hours. I will not go back there.
