Professional, Timely I set up my appt through the myChevy app. Basic service, oil change/tire rotation. Check-in and check-out process were a bit slow. A msg stating my vehicle was complete would have been nice and probably would have sped up my day as I dropped my vehicle off and ran a few errands, but returned unsure if my vehicle was done. Oil change and TPMS system reset. Bought new takeoff rims and tires from a seller. The rims were 2017 GM rims but the truck did not recognize the sensors. Oil change took 2 hours I was at the dealership early for an oil change and was told it should not take too long. I was thinking it would be 30min max. It took over 2 hours I was at the dealership early for an oil change and was told it should not take too long. I was thinking it would be 30min max. It took over 2 hours to get my car back from an oil change. I was a bit disappointed as I had plenty of things to do that day. This is very poor and hence my poor rating. More
