Patrick wa snot as knowledgeable about the Suburban we bought as we would have liked. He strugled to answer basic questions about the vehicle. He worked hard and was readily available when we had questions or concerns. Patrick came in on his day off to complete the sale. We also did not get a fair price on our trade in. I understand that they have to make a profit, but $5000? Wow! We should have shopped around. Lesson learned! There was no bargaining room on the price of our purchase. More
