Better than most This was my 4th dealership of walking in over the last 4 months! I knew I qualified for the pull ahead option on my previous leased equinox, but ever This was my 4th dealership of walking in over the last 4 months! I knew I qualified for the pull ahead option on my previous leased equinox, but every quote I got from previous dealers was $350 or more for just standard models such as Ford Escape, Jeep Compass, Equinox LS, and LT which in my mind was a joke! However, manager Kirk asked why I was looking at purchasing previously used vehicles and not getting back into another equinox and I told him i needed a $300 pmt at most and wanted a few more options then what I previously had which was basically only remote start! He said not a problem, which was a sale in my eyes per know one else even understood what I needed to HEAR! But Kirk did and got me the works for options, almost all the bells and whistles and then said what color would you like? Such that any wouldn't be an issue to get! I was happy, excited, and felt respect, which no other dealership had done yet! More

The Dealer Jack helped me no matter what The 1st thing is I had put some info on a cars site. It had a Chevy car that I like that all dealerships are having 2017's going on clearance (which n The 1st thing is I had put some info on a cars site. It had a Chevy car that I like that all dealerships are having 2017's going on clearance (which not true & went to dealerships that I wanted a new 2018 one). Well it went out to a few dealerships, one in which Jack works at. He was the only dealer from all the others that text, emailed, and called me. I was so grateful because I saw the text right away I didn't even know yet that he emailed or called. Right away I started my texting with him. After the first contact I realized his dealership is quite far away compared to many others. I then told him I could no longer work with him because it's way too much travel without a car. I am using someone else's one when I'm going to look at one. He then said he'd look for exactly what I wanted and if he did that and found it, come just to go get it. I said okay and I will sit it out. He came back just later that day & told me what he had and it wasn't what I wanted. He couldn't help that's just what they had at the dealership. Amazing that he still tried knowing that I probably wouldn't come. If I could easily get there, I so would or definitely knew someone lived closer & needed a car, I would tell them how kind Jack is.
