Took good care of my vehicle Took good care of my vehicle. I Waited 1 hour for shuttle home. This was an accident but without a better process they can leave it up to the service Took good care of my vehicle. I Waited 1 hour for shuttle home. This was an accident but without a better process they can leave it up to the service mangers to remember when they have 100 other things going on, who needs a ride etc. There is no connection between my appointment and a availability for a shuttle. Service expensive but good. Service manager went out of his way to explain the repairs to me. Did not talk down to me. More

Very poor service I made an appointment and my service was only going to take 1 hour. I had some errands to run, so I said I would be back for it - which was 2 1/2 hour I made an appointment and my service was only going to take 1 hour. I had some errands to run, so I said I would be back for it - which was 2 1/2 hours later. When I arrived my truck was not done - they said it would be another 1/2 to finish. If I still wanted it washed, it could be longer than that. Not one person apologized for it being late and the person who checked me out was very rude and unprofessional. An oil change and tire rotation should not take 3 hours with an appointment. More

They put my car throug the car wash which scratched my car and it did not get wiped off so there were water spots all over. More
