Fast oil change left me hanging I took my truck in for an oil change. They said it could take up to an hour and a half. According to my report they were done 45 minutes after I dro I took my truck in for an oil change. They said it could take up to an hour and a half. According to my report they were done 45 minutes after I dropped it off and went to the waiting room. I asked about my truck at about the 2 hour mark only to find out it was waiting for me, but nobody bothered to tell me that it was done. The service advisor even walked by me a few times and didn't stop to talk to me or think to go look for my truck. More

I was angry and did nit get out if there until almost 9:30 my work was irate and so was I. Andy told me not to pay because of it all but never gave me the paperwork if what was done and what was written on there that needed to be done. Very disappointed More
