Warranty repair for locked key, wheels, and transmission. Service rep was knowledgeable and helped me get my car repair without a problem. My vehicle was towed into Suburban Chev. The service adviser (Andy) almost immediately started working on a solution to the problem. My Chevy Traverse's key would not turn which in turn locked the ability to turn the front wheels and the transmission was locked in Park). Service provider arranged for a loaner car while repair was completed. Parts were ordered and in a couple of days it was completed. Only issue was when I picked up the car, it was difficult to get my 2nd key programmed for the new parts. Staff jumped in and got me on my way with little error on my part. More
