Suburban Chevrolet has taken good care of my car. They have done a nice job with the required maintenance on my car. They have repaired warrantee items without charging me! I took her truck in Tuesday morning to have the oil changed and to have it checked out because the check engine light came on. I didn't want to drive it back to my sister if there was something wrong, such as an oil leak. Andrew said they may not be able to get to it that day...fair enough, I hadn't made an appointment. When I called Thursday they hadn't looked at it yet. Friday, Tim said they would look at it and call me back. He did, and it had an oil leak that could be repaired for $900. I needed to check with my sister before proceeding. Tim said he would be there until 6:00PM. I wasn't able to get an answer from my sister until after 6:30, so I just went to get the truck Saturday morning. Tim wasn't there, Andrew had quit and the Other service rep couldn't find the keys, paperwork, or the truck. The same guy couldn't find my appointment the last time I was there...he seemed surprised when I showed him my confirmation email. He did Eventually find the truck, key, and paperwork but had to contact Tim to make sure the truck was "put back together" before he could release it. We waited over an hour before deciding to leave but told them I needed it no later than 2:30. They called my husband at 11:25 to asked if we wanted the oil changed and said it would be finished by 2:30. It was finished at 1:09. More
Terrible, Service Advisors were awful. My experience was awful. The service advisors were terrible and rude not only to me but, to other customers as well. I had to wait 45 minutes and finally, they told me that they do not have the part in stock. Had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get my truck for me. I was so infuriated, that I decided to order the part online and install it by myself. Part costed me $60 online as opposed to $350 that they were going to charge me. The owner of this dealership needs to right this wrong and apologize for hiring poor employees. Would not recommend anyone going to this joke of a dealership. More

Purchase of chevy malibu Ben Cutts is a huge asset to your team. Very knowledgeable about vehicles. He never applied pressure to the sale. Completely respected my budget and any decisions I made. I originally purchased a chevy cruze through Ben and in less than 24 hours i came to the decision it wasn't for me. I know that this can be a headache for any dealership but I spoke to kirk on the phone and he understood. Without hesitation he and hist team got me I to a malibu. They made it clear that they want me in a vehicle I love. It's hard to find a dealership like this one. Thanks for making buying a car a great experience. You've earned my loyalty. More

You guys said it would be done by the end of day... Serviceman Andy called me about 3 very apologetic that there's a very busy day and it would have to go into the next day and wanted to make sure that it was okay with me and it was not they were going to force it to get done... Thankfully it was okay with me but I appreciated his upfront honest phone call and it was ready to go first thing the next morning.... all is good More

Purchase new 2018 Suburban We visited the store just to check the cargo capacity of the Suburban and a Tahoe. Josh Young, The salesman, greeted and treated us like friends. In a short time we were drawn to a new car on the floor and decided to buy it. We thought both Josh and Manager Kirk Fox really did an excellent job and treated us exceptionally well.
