Amazing salesman, great facility - great experience I have been looking to purchase a Camaro ZL1 for the past 2 years. I knew the exact car I wanted, the only thing holding me back was finding the corr I have been looking to purchase a Camaro ZL1 for the past 2 years. I knew the exact car I wanted, the only thing holding me back was finding the correct dealer I wanted to have a relationship with. I have been to over 10 dealers, and despite informing each sales associate of my intentions, I could not find a salesman or sales manager who treated me with respect. Majority of the dealerships would not let me touch the car, only a few let me go in it, and there was an overall impression that I was an inconvenience to them for visiting the dealership looking to buy the car. That all changed when I visited Suburban Chevrolet in Eden Prairie. I pulled up to the dealership and noticed how nice the facility was right away. It is a great location, easy to park, extremely clean, and a great inventory. When I pulled up, a nice young salesman approached me named Dakota Otto, and asked me how he could assist me. I told him I was very interested in a ZL1, and would like to hear one of theirs turn on, and to sit in one to see how it felt for comfort. Immediately, Dakota went in, grabbed the key, and turned the car on and let me sit in it. I was shocked. In all the dealerships I had visited in the past 2 years, no one gave me service like that, and I was extremely impressed. After seeing the vehicle, I began to drive home, but after about 2 miles after driving away, I knew Dakota Otto was the salesman I wanted to work with and I turned around and ordered up the car. The car that I wanted was at a dealership in South Dakota, and Dakota and the sales manager, Eddie, pulled some strings and did a dealer trade so I could get my car! 3 days later, the car was at the dealership, ready for delivery! Amazing! Apart from the amazing experience with Dakota and Eddie, I am extremely happy to have purchased my ZL1 from Suburban Chevrolet, given their expertise in sports cars (Camaro's and Corvettes). While I don't expect any serious issues with the car, it is nice to know the dealer I work with has the ability to fix it if it goes wrong. Overall, and amazing experience. More

Shouild haver been better for simply an oil change My Wife brought my vehicle in for a pre-set 2:00 pm appointment to simply do an oil change. She was there with the vehicle in advance of the appointm My Wife brought my vehicle in for a pre-set 2:00 pm appointment to simply do an oil change. She was there with the vehicle in advance of the appointment time and explained that since it was simply an oil change she would wait. After two hours she finally asked someone what the status was as she saw the vehicle outside. I have brought my vehicle to Suburban Chevrolet from new and have addressed all the maintenance and preventive maintenance services dealer recommends. However, for a simple oil change, one could take their vehicle to one of the rapid oil change facilities, probably for less $'s, but certainly where, with an appointment it wouldn't take 2 hours. More
